Extra Virgin Olive Oil Silis PDO Sardegna is a monocultivar oil made with Bosana olive. The harvest is done mechanically in the months of November and December and the processing is done by using the "gramola" and "sinolea" (a particular continuous cycle) that let the most delicate parts of the fruits to be preserved.
